Happy New Year

Happy New Year
Happy New Year to everyone. Let’s all hope and pray that 2012 will have a brighter outlook and be a less stressful year for all those encountering the Mortgage Crisis.
Depending on whom you listen to every day, we should finally hit bottom here with the coming of the New Year.  December showed that the Foreclosures already began to ramp up more than in November. These same experts also are reporting that once we are at bottom we should be there for at least 3 years. Now that’s good for some people and bad for most. However once we are at bottom there’s only one way to go and that’s up. As long as we take it gradually at our standard 2 – 4% yearly increase we should be fine. Personally I still say that we need to get a hell of a lot of people back to work to get this engine moving in the right direction.
I don’t know where you all are from but here in Central Florida there are a lot of empty retail and commercial spaces. With these owners looking to cut some great deals to get their spaces rented combined with the huge amount of talented workers seeking employment this sure does look like the best time to get into a business. I can remember way back when the American Dream was to own your own Business.  So, maybe 2012 will be your time to give it a try, just remember you have to think like an entrepreneur No Risk No Reward.
Have a Happy and Safe Holiday
